• Policy administration process, corporate maintenance and plan benefit maintenance as per policy terms conditions.
• Setup Plan (Setup Processed).
• Enrollment member process and membership card personalization.
• Prepare daily enrollment report and all related documents (docket, membership card, etc) to be sent to payer.
• Membership card stock maintenance including coordination with procurement dept.
• Maintenance of customer data, issuing health cards, overseeing smooth claim settlement process and handling grievances of the customers come under TPA’s responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, insurance, TPA or related fields.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Detail Oriented.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
• Possesses understanding and/or experience in handling sensitive and confidential information in accordance with applicable information security policies and procedures.
